Dr. Pam Fandrich has lived in Richmond Hill and Savannah, Georgia, her entire life. Dr. Pam is a 1986 graduate of Armstrong State College (now Armstrong Atlantic State University) and a 1990 graduate of University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. She has practiced small animal medicine in Savannah for her entire career. Dr. Pam discovered the benefits of acupuncture when one of her agility dogs was injured. After some research, she chose to attend The Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida. After completing the courses over a period of 6 months, Dr. Pam passed her qualifying exams, then enjoyed internships with Dr. Holly Kone in Charleston, South Carolina and Dr. Maria Glinski in Aiken, South Carolina. She submitted a case report for review by the veterinarians at The Chi Institute and was certified as a veterinary acupuncturist. Dr. Pam is a member of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture, and the American Academy of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. She keeps her knowledge of acupuncture update and practical through continuing education programs, association websites and journals. |
